Should have hands on experience in SAP ABAP development to play a key role in a project.
Should have Ability to lead other ABAP team is essential
Experience in client site visit in the SAP consulting role is highly desirable
Should have hands on experience in SAP ABAP, for SAP v 4.7
Should have hands on experience in 1-2 plus Implementation cycles relevant to SD, CRM, MM modules
Must have been in a distributed team, on a customer facing role
Should have hands on experience in developing with knowledge if MM, SD, CRM modules
Prior onsite/ Client side delivery model experience is so nice to have
Strong Can-do attitude with Very good communication skills
Ability to clearly understand customer requirements and suggest quick solutions
Good documentation skills, ability to clarify document requirements and work with stakeholders to gain approvals
Candid, assertive customer communication
Expect high productivity quotient
Ability to work collaboratively in a heterogeneous team and deliver results
